How does the Pritchard Price Guarantee work?

To be eligible for a price match:

1. The competitor must be a franchised new-car dealership within 150 miles of our Pritchard locations.
2. The quote must be for the same year, make, model, trim, and equipment.
3. The vehicle must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
4. Quote must be current, written, and include the dealership name and VIN.
5. Applicable rebates and incentives must be identical and available to all customers.

Exclusions for the Pritchard Price Guarantee

Price match does not apply to:

• Misprints, expired offers, or verbal quotes
• Non-comparable vehicles (different options, packages, or colors that impact MSRP)
• Demonstrators, courtesy units, or vehicles with excessive mileage
• Special fleet pricing, employee pricing, or limited-eligibility incentive programs
• Vehicles listed as “as-is,” pre-auction, or clearance units
• Used vehicles or private-party listings
