Shannon Franke was great to work with. She took a lot of time to work with us, schedule a test drive, etc. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Compared to some 'other' car dealer sales people, Shannon was by far the best we have met. It is easy to see she is committed to customer satisfaction. A real joy to interact with.
I searched ever web site on the internet to try to find the Bronco with the exact features we wanted. Pritchard had the perfect one at a better than perfect price. Ask for Kristi, she was very honest and maintained constant communications to make sure I could be in an out as quickly as possible. I don't like working with dealerships and this might be the only one I've every delt with that was pleasant and honest. No extra fees or surprises.

Quite a lovely and smooth-going process at Lake Chevrolet, that I would dare to say wouldn't have been possible without Shannon F. She was consistent in the information she provided, and the follow-up; in addition to her communication, was superb! Questions asked were received with answers. Honest answers. She was exceptionally professional in demeanor while still managing to sprinkle in some kind and playful banter throughout the process. I found it was certainly welcomed during what could be a stressful process for some. Honest and true customer service!

Had a really good experience trading pickups at this dealership. Blake was very helpful keeping in contact with me and pleasant to work with on making the deal. They are not high pressure there to finance with them or buy the extended warranty. They have a big selection and treat people right!

We recently purchased a used SUV from Pritchard’s Lake Chevy, and we were very pleased with both the vehicle and how we were treated. Nate was helpful in getting the vehicle and financing paperwork work ready for us, and Jason had the purchase documents ready so that we were in and out in 1.5 hours! My wife loves the SUV, and we’re very happy with the experience!

I traded in a 2016 Equinox for a 2024 equinox with just under 11,000 miles. Working thru the process with Justin was fantastic! No hard sell at all-just important information about the purchase. We spent a lot of the time talking sports and family, just a good down to earth guy! When I moved to the finance side to sign some papers-I found Jason to be just as down to earth. I really enjoyed visiting with him the few minutes we were together! I couldn't recommend Pritchards enough! I got a great deal-a sweet new SUV- and dealt with some fantastic people!!

I have purchased three vehicles from them. The recent purchase was a work truck that was a challenge to locate. They understood my request and needs and located a truck that meet my requirements. Once they had it one site I picked it up and the whole paperwork process was less than 15 minutes. Very pleased with process.

Great service. I was stranded on the way to work with a bad alternator and battery. I limped into the shop (after getting a couple of jump starts from my hubby). They worked me in that afternoon, ordered parts, and I was back on the road the next day. My extended warranty covered the majority of the bill. I can't say enough about the Prichard Family businesses. From sales to parts and service, they are just great!

We had an appointment to test drive a certain pickup, that particular truck wasn't the one, so we went into after hours test driving others. My son decided a F150 just wasn't for him. Although we didn't purchase from Pritchard, I will say that Ray is the absolute best, down to earth, no pressure salesman!

The service department is so much better since John took over. Although the prices are pretty high lately, that's the companies fault and not the department itself. I don't like waiting on my car anymore since the waiting area is right outside of the restrooms (Stinky) it needs to be moved back by sales.

We called the dealership around noon. Mike answered the phone and said he would wait for us. We are an hour away. He spent 3 hours with us on his own time!! I felt really bad having to tell him the following week that we were going a different direction. As it turned out, we drove every F150 he had EXCEPT 1 cause we were feeling guilty for taking his time. 1 week later we drove that F150 that we hadn’t driven! SOLD! Pritchard's Lake was so helpful when my son's truck broke down in Clear Lake. The service department was extremely helpful and understanding during this stressful time for me, as I live in Michigan. Ultimately it came to the fact the truck was no longer salvageable, which was a sad moment, as this truck was a gift from my deceased father to my son.
